We accept most kinds of insurance. Prior to your visit it is important to call the office and provide your insurance information over the telephone. If the insurance is not provided prior to visit we will charge the full rate for the appointment. You are responsible for knowing your insurance. However, as a courtesy we try preauthorize your visits. However, there are times when we are not able to look into everyone’s insurance. You should always know your coverage prior to starting sessions with us. If your claim is denied, for any reason, you will be responsible for the full cost of your treatment. We do not offer statements, and payment is due at the time of visit. This helps keeps our collection costs down. However, if you need a statement, a summary can be provided to you. If insurance takes longer than 90 days to pay the claim, you may have to cover the cost.

In order to help people who may not have insurance or high deductibles to meet, we offer automatic payment programs. Mental health is key to performing optimally in life, and money should not prevent you from getting the help you need. We have developed a repayment option to help make your out of pocket costs more manageable. Payments for visits are due at time of visit, or if you sign up for our Automatic monthly debit program your spread out payments will be taken out accordingly. This is a great option for those that have high deductibles, treatment plans that do not have 100% coverage, or no insurance at all. The automatic debit option adds all the projected treatment days together and splits the payments up over a 6 month to 1 year period. Payments are debited to your banking account once per month. If there are changes to your treatment, your repayment option will be adjusted. All programs are based on 20 week treatment days and spread out over the course of 12 months. If you believe this option might be for you, please contact the Patient Care Coordinator to apply.
