Intensive Program designed to incorporate skills and provide support immediately. Program requires 100% parental and/or guardian involvement and treatment compliance, no exceptions.
Treatment designed around helping children to build self confidence, bullying management skills, clinically proven anxiety, depression and anger management skills. Focus is on self discovery, impulse control, mindfulness and clinical CBT building blocs.
Family systems program focuses on helping both parent and child manage anxiety, OCD, and ADHD/ADD behaviors. Children, parents and caretakers learn how to manage behaviors at home and in the classroom as well as learning tools designed to help individuals gain self mastery of behaviors and academics.

Children are taught life skills to learn how to redirect their thinking with simple evidence based and easy to learn methods to dramatically reduce their anxiety and/or depression.
Children will learn fundamental skills to learn how to manage relationships, build friendships, and learn how to better communicate with others.

Through psychodynamic approach, the child is taught self acceptance and guided to better understand themselves in order to build upon their own individual strengths and unique qualities.
Children are taught easy to use skills to manage their behaviors in conjunction with the skills taught by parents. These skill can be incorporated into the classroom setting when working with teachers and school social workers.
The number one question that people want to know is if we accept insurance. Yes, we accept Anthem, Medicaid and Cigna. The other insurances we offer a sliding scale (for individuals with insurance).

A. Some insurances, treatment may be fully or partially covered. You will be given projected out of pocket costs and what your insurance will cover.

There is no magical cure, technique, electrodes and magnetic stimulation, or special medicine to change one's thinking, actions or behaviors. We teach crucial skills that are meant to be incorporated into one's life in order to achieve mental health wellness.
Q. What is the commitment level for parents?
A. Parents are required to go to the Behavioral Parent Training and based on need and the individual child's treatment plan go to coaching sessions. Parent training is 8 evenings. If you call the office we can tell you when the next parent training is set to begin. We offer 8 PETs throughout the year.
Q. What is the treatment plan for?
A. The treatment plan is developed after the initial assessment periods for each individual based on their level of need. The treatment plan allows parents to understand each aspect of treatment, how it will be implemented, expectations, and how we plan on helping you achieve your goals.
Q. Out of pocket costs
A. Depending on the program and the type of insurance plan you have we can give you estimated out of pocket costs.
